MLADS 2027
For authors

Author guidelines

Read this once before you submit. These guidelines cover everything you need to prepare an abstract, full paper or poster for ICMLADS 2027. All submissions must relate to the conference tracks — see Topics & Tracks for the full list.

01 Abstract submission

  • Abstracts are reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
  • Authors of accepted abstracts are invited to register.
  • After the event, full papers may be submitted for publication.
  • If no full paper is submitted, the accepted abstract still appears in the Conference Abstract Book (ISBN).
  • Presentation slots are confirmed only after registration payment.

02 Full paper guidelines

Full papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

Language

  • English required
  • UK or US spelling fine — but don't mix
  • Professional editing encouraged where helpful

Peer review

  • Every paper double-blind reviewed
  • Corresponding author confirms all co-authors approve
  • Publisher assumes no liability for disputes or compensation claims
